Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and management of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and any repairs are promptly addressed.
- Manage gardens, forests, farmland, and any other land associated with the lodge.
- Ensure the property complies with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Oversee construction or renovation projects on the estate.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lodge policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Estate Manager or in a similar property management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and land management.
