Behind every exceptional guest experience is meticulous care and attention to detail. We are seeking a Linen Porter to support our Housekeeping operation, ensuring linen, supplies and guestrooms meet the highest luxury standards throughout the hotel.

The Role
- Support Housekeeping operations to maintain luxury presentation standards
- Ensure linen, supplies and equipment are prepared and well organised
- Contribute to a seamless, uninterrupted guest experience
- Work collaboratively across departments to support hotel operations
- Uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute, collect and manage hotel linen and supplies
- Report and follow up on missing or damaged items
- Maintain clean, organised work areas and equipment
- Respond efficiently to guest and housekeeping requests
- Adhere to lost property, safety and sustainability procedures.
