Line Technician: Maintenance & Process Improvement

Job Description

Bacardi is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform planned and corrective maintenance on production equipment in the UK. You will log activities in the CMMS, follow SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise asset availability and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with mechanical fitting, pumps, valves and machine tools, and will contribute to lean manufacturing and 5S practices in a fast-paced environment.
