Line Leader

One year contract with potential to go permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Line Leader to join a well established manufacturing business based in Eurocentral. This is a one year fixed term contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
Hours
Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5.30pm
The role
As Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a production line, ensuring output meets quality, safety and efficiency expectations. You will support your team, maintain high standards and keep the line running smoothly throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support a small team
Ensure targets are met consistently
Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy
Monitor processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Report any issues promptly and support continual improvement activity
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a line leader, team leader or production support role
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Confident in motivating and guiding a team
Comfortable working to targets in a fast paced environment
Reliable, organised and safety conscious
