Life-Saving 999 Dispatcher (North)

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is recruiting ACC Relief Emergency Call Handlers for the Ambulance Control Centre in Inverness. You will be the first point of contact, prioritising calls and delivering life saving advice and medical guidance to callers while liaising with ambulance crews and other emergency services.

Successful applicants will undergo in house training, possibly travel for two weeks and up to ten weeks to become a certified Emergency Medical Dispatcher.
