OnFife is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to lead operations across the Templehall cluster of libraries in Kirkcaldy. Based at Templehall Library, you will oversee staffing, service delivery and performance, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused libraries.

You will manage dispersed teams, drive workforce planning, and ensure safe, well-managed environments across sites, with regular evening and weekend requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
