Lettings Assistant: Build Landlord-Tenant Relationships

Bridges Properties in Livingston is seeking a Lettings Assistant to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the main contact for lettings, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy journey.

From day one you’ll conduct property viewings, manage applications, oversee referencing and move-ins, and help with tenancy paperwork. A positive, organised, customer-focused attitude is essential, with ongoing development encouraged.
