Your new role
In this new and exciting role, you will be working in the central hub of the firm’s support function, providing general legal administrative support to fee-earning groups, their PA’s and other senior managers. You’ll carry out a variety of tasks, including but not limited to;
- General administration (filing, scanning, printing, PDF conversions)
- File and document management
- Arranging travel
- Supporting the preparation of the fee earner billing process
- Process expenses
- Helping with ad-hoc projects when required
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in legal administration or administration in a comparable environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive with the ability to find solutions
- Good time management and capable of working to deadlines
- Positive work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
