Lead Shop & Donations Coordinator (Part-Time, 4 Days)

Job Description

Edinburgh Furniture Initiative (EFI) is seeking a confident, organised supervisor to help run our Edinburgh service. In this part-time role (28 hours per week over 4 days) you will lead the team on a day-to-day basis and ensure smooth operation.

You will support, motivate and coordinate activities, assist customers on the shop floor, manage furniture donations and respond to unexpected challenges with calm leadership.
