My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Lead Production Engineer to join their site near Falkirk. You will be working with a successful manufacturer, that have a culture on site that is results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Support R&D and manufacturing with new product introductions
- Creation and modification of manufacturing data (production routing and BOM data) within the ERP system
- Technical support to manufacturing operations
- Developing and maintaining production documentation
- Analysing production processes and information identifying areas of improvement, using Lean, value and quality Engineering principles
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
Experience required:
- Educated to at least HND level in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar
- Proven experience in a production engineering role
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing
- CNC Programming advantageous but not essential
