Lead Practitioner – Crisis Outreach for Alcohol & Drugs

Job Description

Turning Point Scotland in North Lanarkshire is seeking a Lead Practitioner to deliver personalised support to adults, either on a 1:1 basis or within a team, as part of our Drugs and Alcohol Crisis Outreach Service.

Based in Airdrie with travel across North Lanarkshire, the role is 37 hours per week, permanent, and salary range £26,076-£29,144. The post focuses on crisis response, collaboration with services, and person-centred care.
