Capability Scotland is seeking an experienced Payroll Business Partner to lead our payroll service for 1000 employees, ensuring accurate, timely payments and compliance.

You will manage Payroll Officers, oversee end-to-end processing, liaise with HMRC and pension providers, and drive system improvements while delivering an outstanding payroll service across Finance, HR and operations.
