Lead Financial Separation Consultant (Carve-Out)

Job Description

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Financial Separation Consultant for a six-month contract, based in Edinburgh or Basingstoke with flexible hybrid working and travel.

You will lead the financial separation of a business pillar, establish the structure for a new legal trading entity, and design intercompany processes, reporting, and cost allocation.

The role requires experience in carve-outs or legal entity creation and cross-functional collaboration across finance, tax, legal and IT.
