Fencing Fife Ltd is a fast-growing fencing contractor delivering high-quality domestic and commercial installations across Fife. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, the company is seeking an experienced Lead Fencing Installer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
- Install domestic and commercial fencing to a high standard
- Install composite decking and fencing systems
- Lead installations from start to finish
- Work independently and manage on-site workflow
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain excellent standards of safety and workmanship
- Support and mentor other installers when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in fencing installation (essential)
- Experience with decking installations (preferred)
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage projects independently
- Strong leadership skills or previous experience leading small teams
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
