Vets Now in Dunfermline is seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader to join our busy support office. The role leads a team of call handlers serving worried pet owners in emergencies, ensuring first-class service and rapid response.

You will manage shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and overnight, 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, reporting to senior management. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
