Job Description

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Staff Data Engineer to lead data engineering architecture for the AI Accelerator. You will own the data foundation across multimodal biomedical datasets, enabling model training and evaluation.

Hybrid work with four days in the office, collaborating with governance, data quality and engineering teams. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership, shaping how data enables discovery and development of new therapies.
