Lead Community Nursing Clinician Autonomous Practice

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and deliver an accessible, high-quality community nursing service across age groups. The post holder will work in partnership with patients, carers and agencies to ensure safe, person-centred care and will act as an autonomous clinical lead within the Integrated Primary Care team.

The role requires NMC registration, SPQ District Nursing or equivalent postgraduate study, and evidence of leadership in community nursing.
