Hillingdon Manor School is seeking a Lead Clinician – Psychotherapist / SaLT to manage the Clinical Team at The Shires in Oakham. This position involves leading clinical services and providing tailored interventions for students with complex needs, including autism and emotional health challenges.

Ideal candidates will have a level 7 qualification in Psychotherapy or Speech and Language Therapy, as well as experience in clinical leadership. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 DOE and a supportive work environment.
