Lead Charge Nurse – Old Age Psychiatry (36h)

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking an organised nurse to lead and develop an innovative psychiatry of old age service. You will care for older adults with mental health needs, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a multi disciplinary team to provide person centred nursing.

The role focuses on leading daily nursing activities, supporting the Senior Charge Nurse, and driving quality improvement while improving experiences for patients and families in sensitive inpatient settings.
