What Division will I be working in?

Enterprise Flex E Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain workshop productivity to meet Enterprise Flex E Rent standards, including strong coordination with Fleet Control.
  • Supervise technicians, ensuring appraisals, training, competent person assessments, and internal quality assurance are completed.
  • Manage staff attendance, holiday scheduling, and overtime authorisation.
  • Ensure all workshop activities comply with Health & Safety, environmental policies, risk assessments, SSOW, manual handling and COSHH requirements.
  • Achieve and uphold Competent Person status for yourself and the team, arranging required training via the Fleet Services Engineer.
  • Oversee and carry out high quality servicing, diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and MOT preparation to ensure legislative compliance and vehicle safety.
  • Support on site customer servicing or repairs when required, ensuring accurate completion of all related documentation.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels with the parts supervisor, ensuring all deliveries and returns follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering in motor vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Cat C).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive, detail oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references).
