Lead ANP – Flexible Working in Surgery

Job Description

NHS Fife is seeking a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead the General Surgery service across elective and unscheduled pathways. You will deliver autonomous clinical care from assessment to discharge, and lead the ANP workforce, supporting staff development and appraisal.

The role includes driving service redesign, quality improvement, and audit activity to improve patient flow, experience and outcomes, while working within a multidisciplinary team and maintaining a visible clinical presence.
