The Torridon, part of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking an 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award winning restaurant in the Scottish Highlands. This hands on role focuses on delivering exceptional 5 star service, developing a high performing front of house team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, support wine and menu knowledge, and uphold luxury standards in a stunning, outdoors rich setting.
