Job Description

Bilfinger Berger SE is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead delivery of learning and development across the UK, managing a small team over two sites. The role owns the UK skills and competency framework for all employees, including blue-collar and site personnel, and supports bids with capability data.

The successful candidate will represent Bilfinger in external L&D networks and industry forums, oversee compliance, and drive reporting on training hours and competency coverage.
