Fresh Property Group Limited seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead operations at The Shore, our 604-bed student accommodation development in Edinburgh. The role starts 1st October, supporting mobilisation and welcoming students for the first time.

Initially, you will manage final development stages on-site, liaise with contractors, and ensure readiness for launch. Post-opening, you will oversee budgeting, team leadership, stakeholder relations, and resident satisfaction.
