Kitchen Porter – Fast-Paced, Detail-Driven Cleaner

Job Description

Dakota in Edinburgh is seeking a hard-working Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team by washing pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, and keeping equipment ready for the chefs.

You will deep-clean the kitchen twice daily, maintain back-of-house areas, follow waste disposal procedures, and observe health and safety guidelines. Training is provided, and there are meal on duty and uniform provisions.
