Overview
With your support as a Kitchen Assistant at All Bar One Edinburgh Airport, everything will run like clockwork! You’ll make sure everything is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead.
Location and Shift – The kitchen is based in the departure lounge at Edinburgh Airport. Typical shifts run from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm (or 5:00 am to 12:00 pm) with weekend availability required.
Requirements for Access – Drivers must have staff parking access. For airport security, you will also need to provide a passport or driving licence (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record to pass Edinburgh Airport’s background check.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean pots, pans, dishes and support the cookline and line chefs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness during busy shifts
- Assist with dessert preparation and other prep tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion for hospitality
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Supportive team player
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment
Pay and Working Conditions
- Pay Rate: £14 + tips (tips typically £2-£4 per hour)
- Shift Pattern: 12:00 pm to close (around 9:00 pm)
- Staff parking available
- Valid ID and clean criminal record essential
