Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter for an immediate start at a hospitality venue in the beautiful Inner Hebrides.

This is a seasonal position running until the end of the current season. The successful applicant must be ready to relocate and start straight away.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
• Washing crockery, cookware and kitchen equipment
• Supporting the chefs with basic preparation when required
• Managing waste and deliveries
• Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
• Assisting the wider kitchen team during busy services
