Job Description

Bob and Berts in Stirling is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations of a busy cafe. You will own the kitchen, manage inventory, schedule staff, develop menus and ensure food safety while delivering a warm, five-star customer experience.

You will supervise cooks and porters, coordinate with front-of-house, and thrive in a fast-paced morning and weekend environment.
