Heritage Portfolio, part of Sodexo Live!, is recruiting an Apprentice Commis Chef for a 12 month Modern Apprenticeship in Edinburgh. You’ll train in a busy kitchen, learning to prepare, cook and present high quality dishes while gaining a formal qualification.

You do not need previous kitchen experience; a genuine interest in food and a positive, teachable attitude are key. Salary £13.45/hour, 40hrs/week on site.
