The Gleneagles Hotel is looking for a motivated Junior Bartender to join our dynamic food and beverage team. The role offers an annual target earning potential of £36,039, consisting of a base salary of £26,039 plus an estimated £10,000 in gratuities.

As a Junior Bartender, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bar environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the Bars team with tasks including polishing glassware and organizing ingredients for service. Great communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
