Job Description

We are currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade Operative in the Edinburgh area to work on a self employed, long term contract for a well established housing association.

You’ll be part of a company that values high quality workmanship and supports ongoing growth in a stable, full time environment.

I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you’ve previously worked as a Joiner, Carpenter, Multi Skilled Operative, Kitchen Fitter, or in a similar role.

As a Joiner Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

• Hanging doors
• Completing basic kitchen fitting works
• Installing skirting boards and architraves
• Carrying out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Completing plastering and tiling patch repairs
• Undertaking general joinery and multi trade maintenance works
• Delivering high quality repairs and refurbishment work within social housing properties

We’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• A qualification in a relevant trade
• Proven experience in joinery and multi trade maintenanceExperience working within social housing properties
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence

This Joiner Multi Trade Operative role is offering:

• Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE available)
• Company van and fuel card provided

All properties are located within the Edinburgh area.
