Full-time Trade role

The Role

As a Joiner you will:

• Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
• Respond to any customer queries whilst on site, in line with Kingdom’s customer core standards.
• Carry out all required joinery maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
• Carry out multi skilled work such as basic plumbing and plaster works.
• Ensure the appropriate PPE is used at all times.
• Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements.
• Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, including recording of jobs and materials.
• Place basic stock orders where required.
• Participate in the emergency on call rota.

You will provide routine and emergency repairs in customers’ homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About You

• 4 year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6)
• Previous experience in a Joiner role
• Ability to carry out multi skilled work, including basic plumbing work
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
