IT Technician – Systems & Infrastructure Support

Job Description

Rossie Young People’s Trust is seeking an IT Technician to maintain and develop critical ICT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently across the organisation. You will support hardware and software for staff, assist with IT projects, and contribute to documentation and training as required.

The role involves on-site work, occasional out-of-hours support, and collaboration with the IT Manager to manage servers, backups, and security permissions.
