Responsibilities
- We support users across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- We troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
- We manage laptops, mobile devices, printers, and user setups.
- We support servers, backups, infrastructure, and IT security.
- We assist with IT projects and system improvements.
- We help maintain a high-performing, reliable technology environment.
