Responsibilities

  • We support users across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
  • We troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
  • We manage laptops, mobile devices, printers, and user setups.
  • We support servers, backups, infrastructure, and IT security.
  • We assist with IT projects and system improvements.
  • We help maintain a high-performing, reliable technology environment.
