Responsibilities
- Provide day to day technical support to end users, including client systems, VOIP phones, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other computer hardware
- Help manage incidents and service requests using the Service Desk ticketing system
- Support the maintenance of the asset tracking system
- Take part in project work, such as software and hardware refresh programmes
- Assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting iOS devices
- Support software vulnerability management to keep systems secure
- Occasionally travel to other UK sites to provide IT support as needed
Qualifications
- Nat 5 or equivalent in English, Maths and IT (preferable)
- Strong interest in technology
- Self starter with willingness to learn
- Good team player and able to use own initiative
- Good problem determination skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- UK driving licence and own vehicle, preferred due to location
Salary
£20,000 per annum
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, 8am – 6pm
