IT Support Analyst

Henderson Scott have proudly partnered up with a leading, UK based professional services company to support their growth within their Edinburgh Office.

Having offices based in all major cities, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the small team and be able to make a difference.

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional 1st Line support to staff.
  • Work with 2nd Line for ticketing escalation support.
  • Set up computer hardware and install business software.
  • Escalate support incidents when necessary.
  • Meet customer service levels.
  • Perform technical support and fault diagnosis.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable, organised and self motivated.
  • Previous experience within a professional services environment (finance, banking, legal etc)
  • Basic knowledge of technology products and services.
  • Good understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office.
  • Confidence in diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Well presented and approachable.
