Student Loans Company (SLC) is recruiting for an IT Service Manager (Service Transition Analyst) to oversee the transition of new and changed services into live operation within a major technology programme. You will work in a specialist Service Management team to ensure controlled, low-risk transitions and support stability and customer outcomes.

You will liaise with stakeholders, manage changes, and deliver high-quality documentation and artefacts.
