Isle of Skye Site Quantity Surveyor – Substation

Job Description

NRL is seeking a Site-Based Quantity Surveyor for a major Isle of Skye substation project. The role is on-site with a two-year contract and a day rate of £500-£575 (CIS). 10 days on, 4 days off, and close collaboration with project managers, engineers and clients to keep projects within budget.

Responsibilities include budgeting, NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, subcontractor procurement, CVRs, and cost reporting. Previous experience in substation projects is highly desirable.
