Isle of Arran Café Manager – Lead & Launch Bay Café

Job Description

Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead Bay Café by Auchrannie from its opening. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a warm welcome and high-quality service, and act as keyholder with opening and closing duties.

Reporting to the resort management, you will build a strong cafe culture, manage staffing and costs, work with the Chef Shift Leader, and champion food safety and guest satisfaction across the new venue.
