Locations: Scottish IslandsPay: £21 Umbrella £17.91 PAYE (Rolled Up)Contract: Minimum 3 months Shift work including 07:00-22:00 and nights Accommodation Provided
Role Overview
We are recruiting Residential Care Assistants to support residents within care home settings across island locations. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
- Assisting with nutrition and daily living needs
- Leading and participating in meaningful activities
- Working within a multidisciplinary care team
- Following strict health, safety, and infection control procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential care
- Willingness to work long days and night shifts
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
