ISDA Negotiator AVP: Legal Docs & Transactions

Job Description

Barclays in Glasgow is seeking an AVP to oversee Transaction Services and Documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and accurate record keeping. You will coordinate with legal, risk management and other divisions to execute transactions efficiently and within controls.

You will lead documentation creation, review and negotiation of loan and security agreements, and support due diligence efforts.
