My client is now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital support to the sales department, ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams. You’ll play an integral part in driving customer satisfaction and helping the team meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the sales team by managing customer enquiries and orders.
Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
Generating and following up customer quotations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Respond to customer queries and provide product information promptly.
Assist the stores team when required
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services during customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally you will have some experience in manufacturing or a trade counter background
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
