Role responsibilities Partner with the Senior Manager, peer communications leads and Communications colleagues to set direction, raise standards, model best practice and shape, deliver and embed the Internal Communications strategy Own the design and delivery of a defined portfolio of high profile, strategically important communications projects, including stakeholder engagement, evaluation, learning and continuous improvement Lead the planning and delivery of complex and sensitive communications activity within your portfolio, including organisational change, crisis response and major transformational announcements Act as a trusted strategic communications adviser to senior leaders and key teams, building relationships and persuading stakeholders at pace and scale Provide line management, coaching and development for senior associates and associates, building confidence, capability and a high-quality team culture Represent Internal Communications on project boards and governance forums, providing specialised input and constructive challenge and reviewing committee papers to ensure communications implications
