Job Description

Rettie seeks a Senior Compliance Manager on an interim basis to protect the business from money laundering and financial crime risk, working with the MLRO to design, implement and embed a robust AML framework across the company.

You will ensure compliance with UK AML regulations, translate complex rules into practical processes, and lead a small team to maintain audit readiness and effective monitoring. Edinburgh-based role with early responsibility and impact.
