Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of operations
- Address current concerns in the service
- Oversight of daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Addressing medication management issues and implementing necessary improvements
- Resolving high-risk issues promptly and effectively
- Leading the team to overcome cultural challenges and boost morale
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive positive change
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing home management
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
- Ability to address and resolve operational challenges effectively
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Active PIN qualification
- Experience in turning around under-performing teams in Nursing Home settings
- Knowledge of best practices in medication management
- Experience in implementing cultural change initiatives
