Job Description

Right There is seeking an Intensive Family Support Worker to help 12-18 year-olds at risk. You’ll build trusted relationships with families, provide practical and emotional support, and work with partners across Fort William and surroundings to keep young people safe and connected.

You’ll assess needs, support wellbeing and education, and advocate for families while maintaining accurate case files and attending multi-agency meetings. Flexible hours and home-based work are included.
