About this opportunity

We’re delivering high-impact change across our Individual Lab, and we’re looking for an Integrator to help us coordinate complex, multi party implementations. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our Lab and external stakeholders – including other Labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third party suppliers.

You’ll be responsible for managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring safe delivery of high risk change. If you thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy working across business and technology change, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Day to day, you will

• Develop and manage integration task sequencing aligned to the Lab backlog
• Catalogue and coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders
• Act as the interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders
• Lead complex, high risk implementations across internal and external parties
• Coordinate shared infrastructure changes
• Support governance activities across multiple Labs
• Identify and mitigate delivery blockers, escalating where needed

What you’ll need

• Integration Expertise – Proven experience coordinating multi party change initiatives
• Stakeholder Management – Skilled at working across diverse teams and external partners
• Delivery Focus – Ability to manage high risk implementations and resolve blockers
• Calm Under Pressure – Resilient, composed, and collaborative in high stress environments
• FNZ Familiarity – Experience with FNZ platform or tech stack is highly desirable
