Innovative Flexible Pathways Teacher for At-Risk Youth

Job Description

Fraserburgh Academy is seeking an experienced teacher to join our Flexible Pathways team on a fixed term basis until Jul 2027. You will build relationships with students who may face challenging contexts and create niche curriculum pathways to engage them.

The post requires GTCS registration, PVG clearance, and a willingness to adapt plan-by-plan for each learner. A supportive leadership team drives wellbeing, attendance and outcomes across this targeted group.
