Office Angels in Irvine is seeking an experienced Income Management Team Leader to head a team of Income Collection Officers and Early Intervention Officers within the Customer Services division on a temporary three-month basis.

You will lead, coach and develop staff, drive debt recovery strategies, and collaborate across HR and Housing Services to ensure policy-aligned execution and excellent customer service.
