The Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and help to answer calls from field sales reps who require assistance over the phone. You ll handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through tailored solutions that meet their business needs. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and values consultative selling.

Duties within the role
- Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and web channels
- Qualify leads and identify cross-sector opportunities
- Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their operational challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate quotes and proposals
- Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion and engagement targets
